WORK STUDY



THERE ARE EIGHT TYPES OF METHOD STUDY:-


(1) SELECT:- The work to be studied and defined the boundaries.

(2) RECORD:- The relevant detail Job directly observation and collect such additional data as needed from appropriate source.

(3) EXAMINE :- The way job is being performed and challenge its purpose place sequence and method of performance.

(4) DEVELOP:- Economical and effective method drawing on the contribution of concerned.

(5) EVALUATE:- Different developing a new improved method comparing the cost,effectiveness of the selected near method with the current method with the current method performance.

(6) DEFINE:- A new method as result in a clear crystal manner and the areas as to be concerned Management,Supervisor and workers.

(7) INSTALL:-The Method as std Practice and train and applying it.

(8) MAINTAIN:- A new method and introduce control procedure to prevent a drifting back to the previous method to work.
