1.     If routing process has not systematic (Schedule modification, Capacity make or Buy, Expediting works, Pre-Planning) according to the operation sheet and process sheet so, it takes corrective action of components flow routing proper to meet the finish product with Quality and desired  dimensions.
  2.      If Job schedule given to foundry /Die-casting Shop monthly. If any change of components by demand of customer and market demand, if corrective action done within the particular month for manufacture of components in foundry and Die-Casting.
  3.         If ECO has come for knowing the cut-off date of New material mentioned in ECO, PPC has decided the corrective action to hold for new month and implemented the with immediate effect of Manufacture of Components with the assemble of new components mentioned in ECO.
  4.       If some vehicle manufacture particular months, but did not achieve certain target, then, we have worked in Holiday (urgency for Production) for 8 Hours , PPC has done corrective action in DPR for stipulated maintained data and Right approach.
  5.       If any new product Development in any type of variant vehicle, then, Lots of corrective has been done by PPC to improving the BOM at various level of commodities of Material. PPC has also corrective action for decision the Process parameter to Manufacture the vehicles with the help of PE & IED Department.
